Therapeutic Support for Families

The teenage years is one of the windows of opportunity in which major changes can be made to an individuals way of thinking, feeling and responding; thus if you offer the right support at the right time a young person can really benefit.

However, teenagers can be reticent to engage with counselling/therapy.

The task of the teenage years is for a young person to separate from their parents and move towards their peers. This can be a tense time for parents and one full of conflict.
